Overseas Transport Volunteer Information

■ Application Submission

• Please complete the overseas transport volunteer application accurately.

■ Application Review & Flight Booking

• After review, if approved, the reservation will be made either as in-cabin transport or cargo transport.

■ Animal Assignment After Booking

• Once the reservation is confirmed, an animal will be assigned to you.

• Assignment details will be provided approximately two weeks before departure.

■ Departure Day Procedures

• On the day of departure, you will meet our staff and the assigned animal at the airport and complete check-in at the airline counter.

• In-cabin transport: You will accompany the animal on the flight.

• Cargo transport: You will check in the animal and depart separately.

• Upon arrival (cargo transport):

  • After receiving the animal and completing inspection, the animal will be handed over to the adopter waiting at the airport.

• Upon arrival (in-cabin transport):

  • After immigration and inspection, the animal will be handed over to the adopter waiting at the airport.

All costs incurred for overseas transport (including in-cabin or cargo fees, inspection fees, etc.)
are covered by Forcatmung Center.

Volunteers are not required to pay any additional fees.

* Airline ticket costs are not provided.

Important Notes

• All forms must be completed using the personal information of the departing volunteer.

• Depending on airline policies, animal transport may not be possible. Please carefully review the instructions provided for each form.

• Transport volunteer schedules may change depending on the animal’s health condition or airline regulations.

• If a volunteer cancels or transfers their assigned transport role, or if transport becomes difficult, the center may cancel the reservation.
