Mochi was transferred to us from a municipal shelter together with her daughter, Jorang.

Personality

She is a quiet dog, but she loves people and gently approaches them.

Medical Conditions

Mochi is the mother dog,
and Jorang is her baby, born prematurely.

The four littermates born on the same day as Jorang
have already all found their forever homes.

Jorang is also still very small and adorable,
and we were told that “there would surely be an adopter for her.”
However, Forcatmungcenter chose not to separate
the mother and her baby.

With this decision, our center expressed its intention
to take in the mother and daughter together,
and through a donation-based transfer,
Mochi and Jorang came to Forcatmungcenter.

After being transferred,
both dogs received veterinary care.

Jorang was diagnosed with pneumonia,
and her mother, Mochi, with a parasitic infection.
They are currently undergoing treatment
and are now recovering steadily in stable condition. 🏥

Mochi had to endure quiet goodbyes.
Each time one of her puppies left into the arms of strangers,
she could neither bark nor hold them back—
only watch them go in silence.

Now, together with Jorang,
she is spending her days in the warmth of our center,
nursing, recovering,
and staying by each other’s side. 🤍

We hope that Mochi and Jorang’s lives
will no longer be defined by farewells,
but by the time they get to share together.

Please gift this mother and daughter
a warm, loving home
where they can spend their lives side by side. 🏡🐶
