Danbi was rescued after being left trapped in a sewer.
She had been trembling for a long time on the cold ground, but now Danbi is recovering in the warmth of gentle, caring hands.
At the time of her rescue, everything frightened her—she was extremely sensitive and withdrawn.
With consistent care at the center, Danbi has gradually recovered. Her body, once trembling nonstop, has now settled, and she’s begun to wag her tail, follow people closely, and even show her affectionate side.
While she is still a gentle soul who needs a careful and patient approach, Danbi is quickly learning to open her heart within loving human relationships.
※ Detailed medical and health information will be provided to confirmed prospective adopters or adopters after the adoption application process.

Danbi was found trapped in a sewer approximately 10 meters deep.
When we first saw her, it was hard to grasp the seriousness of the situation—she looked so ordinary that we briefly mistook her for a dog out on a walk.
But up close, Danbi’s condition told a very different story.
Her entire body was covered in waste, and her matted fur had hardened into tight clumps.
After repeatedly falling into the deep sewer, she had suffered severe injuries.
Medical examinations revealed severe pulmonary hypertension, and her right heart was also in poor condition, requiring ongoing medication to this day.
Danbi was rescued at an advanced age, already carrying multiple underlying health issues.

Despite everything she had endured, Danbi held on with remarkable strength.
Today, she is adjusting well to life at the Forcatmung Center and spending her days in much brighter spirits.
These days, Danbi enjoys each day with excitement—
in the mornings, she even “goes to work” next door at the grooming salon, having grown into quite a charming little lady ✂️🐶
Having survived such difficult times,
we hope Danbi’s days ahead will be filled more with simple routines than with pain—
and that this gentle, peaceful chapter of her life will continue 🤍
